Bead making tuition
Introduction to bead making
The session will cover
· Workshop safety,
· Making round beads,
· Making and applying stringer and twisty decoration.
· Application of murrini
· Bead shaping using presses or graphite paddle.
· The use of striking and reduction glass
What’s included
· Glass
· Use of tools, mini cc torch and annealing kiln
· All beads produced on the day including demonstration beads.
· Drinks and light refreshments (please bring a packed lunch)
· Cost of beads being securely packaged and posting to you after annealing
No previous experience needed for introduction sessions. These are 1-1 sessions although 2 people may attend by prior arangement.

· Full day £80
· Half day £45
 Making Sculptural Beads
Previous bead making experience is required for these sessions. They are intended for intermediate bead makers wishing to improve their sculptural bead making skills.
These sessions are tailored to suit your experience and interests. Please contact me to discuss what you would like to cover.

 Glass Fusing Tuition
No experience required for these sessions. Available for 1-1 tuition or small groups.
The sessions will cover
· Workshop safety
· Glass compatibility and kiln preparation
· Glass cutting
· Use of frit, stringer and inclusions
· Making pendants and cabs
· Making coasters and bowls
What’s included
· All materials needed to make pendants, cabs and a coaster (additional items can be made in full day session)
· Use of tools and kiln
· Drinks and light refreshments (please bring a packed lunch)
· Cost of items being securely packaged and posting to you after fusing and annealing
